Working on your mobility, will give you more range of movement, whilst decreasing your risk of injury. Stability is also a key component of fitness. Without a good stable base, how are you going to perform in the gym, your sport or have great balance as you age? Trust us, when you’re feeling cranky because you are stiff and your balance is poor, you will wish you’d taken more care of yourself now!

A class for all levels of fitness and abilities. This class is great to improve strength and to increase stamina. Utilising either bodyweight, bands, dumbbells or kettlebells Penny will work you through a range of exercises for an all over body workout.

Boxercise is a fun class that packs a punch! This class will help to tone and sculpt your whole body. This will mostly combine rounds with pads and gloves. Some sessions we’ll add in some boxing/HIIT related exercises to help condition your core and to boost your metabolic rate to help burn those calories. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

Mobility and core. You’ve spent all of last week training hard and could probably do with a stretch right? Well we’ve got you! In this class we’ll take you through some stretches with mobility movements to help you feel looser. There will be some core work here as well, to help you strengthen your abs and lower back. This will massively help to reduce injury risk. Sounds good right?

Uninstructed junior gym session, exclusive to existing members only.
Mondays and Wednesdays 15:30-16:30
This is an uninstructed session. Minors MUST be accompanied by the existing adult member and supervised at all times, for the duration of the session. The start time of this session is 15:30 and will finish at 16:30. When attending your session, please check in on your members app at the front door as normal.
Minors minimum age for this session :13 years old.
A waiver and Par-Q will need to be completed by the parent/ guardian before attending your first junior gym session.
Cost £5.00 per session for existing members only. Please note these sessions are bookable through your members app.

High intensity low impact cardio using our indoor Matrix bikes. R1DE PERFORMANCE is all the best bits of performance riding, this will include hill climbing, intervals, fartlek training and more. A class that uses a selection of………………you got it, weights and plates! This class is purely focused on muscular strength and endurance. You won’t expect to see any cardio exercises in this class. It’s all about weights. This class is great for anyone looking to tone up and sculpt their body. Here you will also learn about lifting weights safely, so you can be more confident doing this on your own in the future. This is great for people who are just starting their fitness journey, right up to the more experienced lifter.

This class is packed with exercise stations set up around our studio. You can expect to see various exercises that will target your whole body, with lower and upper body exercises, as well as full bodied compound movements or isolation exercises, to target individual muscles.
Typically, you would move from one station to another, until you complete the full circuit of exercises before taking a rest. These classes make for a fun group environment, whilst testing your strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness.
You can expect to see a range of equipment from kettlebells, barbells, bands, battle ropes and some of our portable cardio machines. This is a great class to suit all abilities.
Our core class rolled into this circuits class, makes this class a one stop shop for, resistance, cardio and a core workout. There will be an emphasis on working your core either during the circuit or some time spent focusing on core at the end of the class.

These classes are bursting with energy!! You can expect to see seated climbs, hill running, sprints and flat road riding.
The instructor will guide you through a 45-minute class, prompting you on what resistance and speed to ride at, having the resistance in front of you so you are in control of your whole ride. This is a very popular class, which focuses on cardiovascular and targets your legs, as well as helping build your strength and endurance.
All abilities are welcomed in this class and will help to burn off those calories!
