Purchase of day passes over the holidays

Please keep in mind if you are purchasing a day pass, that we are busier in peak times over the summer season than usual. This is usually between the hours of 7am and 11am.

We politely ask and suggest for you to have a better experience, to please arrange to use your pass in our quieter times, between the times of midday – 4pm. As we are a 24-hour facility, we are also quieter later in the evening from 7pm onwards.

• For your first purchase of any of the below, please scroll down and click on the sign-up button at the bottom of this page.
• Click on ‘Gym Memberships and Passes (Including Day Passes )’.
• Select ‘Upfront’ and scroll down to the bottom of this list to purchase your chosen pass.
• Please complete the following steps shown on the screen of your selected pass/week membership.
• Once you have completed your purchase, do not forget to download the Gymmaster App, using the same email address and password you registered with.
• Now you have downloaded your app, please use this for any future bookings.
• When you arrive at the front door of Personal Fitness – open your app and press the check in button to gain access to the building.

Don't know what to do in the gym or prefer to follow a progressive programme? Then this is for you! Sign up and we will email a gym programme to you for you to follow. On completing your purchase of the programme, all we need you to do is contact us by email (), to let us know how many days a week you would like to workout for. We offer a full body programme as well as a push, pull, legs and a core option.

-1 hour with one of our personal trainers (Rosie or Jordan), to go through and check your program. They can also check form and technique on any exercises you are unsure of.

- A helpful guide to the basics of nutrition, with some food tips and ideas to get you started and on the right track.
