Mobility and core. You’ve spent all of last week training hard and could probably do with a stretch right? Well we’ve got you! In this class we’ll take you through some stretches with mobility movements to help you feel looser. There will be some core work here as well, to help you strengthen your abs and lower back. This will massively help to reduce injury risk. Sounds good right?
