Open Day - Saturday 9th May starting from 8am
Come and join us for our Open Day and try some of our classes for Free. Bring a friend or maybe you know a member already and can come along with them! Special joining offer on the day and lots of taster classes to try. The first 2 classes are our normal Saturday morning classes so join our members and have some fun with it. Classes are adapted and designed for all abilities so don't worry, we'll look after you. Wear gym kit and bring some water or a bottle to fill. Try as many as you want.
