These classes are bursting with energy!! You can expect to see seated climbs, hill running, sprints and flat road riding.
The instructor will guide you through a 45-minute class, prompting you on what resistance and speed to ride at, having the resistance in front of you so you are in control of your whole ride. This is a very popular class, which focuses on cardiovascular and targets your legs, as well as helping build your strength and endurance.
All abilities are welcomed in this class and will help to burn off those calories!
