This class is packed with exercise stations set up around our studio. You can expect to see various exercises that will target your whole body, with lower and upper body exercises, as well as full bodied compound movements or isolation exercises, to target individual muscles.
Typically, you would move from one station to another, until you complete the full circuit of exercises before taking a rest. These classes make for a fun group environment, whilst testing your strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness.
You can expect to see a range of equipment from kettlebells, barbells, bands, battle ropes and some of our portable cardio machines. This is a great class to suit all abilities.
Our core class rolled into this circuits class, makes this class a one stop shop for, resistance, cardio and a core workout. There will be an emphasis on working your core either during the circuit or some time spent focusing on core at the end of the class.
